Frozen Harbor Debut CelebrationDear fellow pirates,
3:00am EST(GMT-5) November,18th - Mark this date on your calendars, because the ToP Team has added something new, big, and exciting for all of you!
We will be hosting a grand opening for our new server, Frozen Harbor, as well as a TON of events to celebrate, such as Leveling Contest, a Sand Bag Critters' party, and much much more!

Leveling Contest:
3:00 a.m. November 18th --- 10:59 p.m. November 24th EST (GMT-5)
Multiple EXP Carnival:
3:00 a.m. November 18th --- 10:59 p.m. November 24th EST (GMT-5)
Sand Bag Critters' Party:
10:00 p.m. EST (GMT-5) of November 19th and November 23rd
Knowledge Contest:
10:00 p.m. EST (GMT-5) of November 18th
Super Purchaser :
10:00 p.m. EST (GMT-5) of November 22nd
This server is not your typical ToP server however, with the primary difference being that Frozen Harbor will adopt a SPECIAL operation mode to balance out all the new players.
The new server's features include:
1.Pirate Club functions will be suspended.
2.Advanced equipments that players obtained from the Point Auction and Credit Auction in the Item Mall have also been suspended.
3.Characters can not be transferred to the new server.
4.The In-game Item Mall will be open to players, the advanced equipment will be removed from the In-game Item Mall.
5.There will be a new limitation to the Web mall, only the following items will be able to be distributed to the new server.
