A1: Yeah, the "FREE Lunch & plenty of time to get!" event listed on the official site ended on November 14th, but you can still join our new event "Free Lunch" in game this Saturday.

 
Q2: How can i get details on the new "Free Lunch" event ? Also, does the Hourglass bug affect rewards redemption?

 
A2: The new Free Lunch event has been added into the game, and will be open every Saturday from 9:00am - 2:00pm EST (GMT-5). Click HERE to get more details on this event.
Sorry, the Hourglass still has a bug, but that it will not influence player reward redemption. Entrants who have saved enough weekend time during the event are able to redeem the Hourglass for the Mystic Gift Bag through NPC-Papa.
